| dc.description.abstract | Introduction: Hypospadias is one of the most common congenital abnormalities of genitourinary system and there are variety of restorative procedures to correct it. TIP is one of the commonly practiced pertaining methods . The aim of this study was evaluation of the Repair of Hypospadias and chordee with combination of tubularized incised plate (TIP) method and unilateral pedicle flap for repairing the skin defect. Methods: In a clinical trial study that was performed in Urology department of Tabriz University of medical sciences on patients with hypospadias, Repair of hypospadias and chordee with combination of tubularized incised plate (TIP) method and unilateral pedicle flap for repairing the skin defect was evaluated. Results: In this study, 50 children with hypospadias underwent treatment. Mean age of studied children was 17.44 7.43 month. Mean surgery time of studied children was 52.50 7.70 minutes. Mean hospital stay of studied children was 2.14 1.10 days. The mean duration of catheterization of studied children was 3.58 1.10 days. The mean follow-up of studied children was 13.18+5.15 months. The mean cosmetic score of studied children was 9.27 0.73. There were 6 cases of children with anomalies. Secondary reconstructive surgery was performed in 3 patients. Complications during hospitalization and follow-up in 7 of the children were observed.,
هدف از این مطالعه ترمیم هایپوسپادیاز و کوردی با استفاده از ترکیب روش TIP و استفاده از فلپ پدیکوله یک طرفه برای ترمیم دفکت پوستی است.مواد و روشها:در یک کارآزمایی بالینی که در دپارتمان ارولوژی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز بر روی بیماران مبتلا به هیپوسپادیاز انجام دادیم، ترمیم هایپوسپادیاز و کوردی با استفاده از ترکیب روش TIP و استفاده از فلپ پدیکوله یک طرفه برای ترمیم دفکت پوستی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.نتایج:در این مطالعه 50 کودک مبتلا به هیپوسپادیاز را تحت درمان قرار دادیم. میانگین سن کودکان مورد مطالعه 43/7 44/17 ماه بود. میانگین طول مدت عمل جراحی در کودکان مورد مطالعه 70/7 50/52 دقیقه بود. میانگین طول مدت بستری در کودکان مورد مطالعه 10/1 14/2 روز بود.میانگین طول مدت داشتن کاتتر ادراری در کودکان مورد مطالعه 94/0 58/3 روز بود. میانگین مدت پیگیری 15/5 18/13 ماه بود. میانگین امتیاز زیبایی در کودکان مورد مطالعه 73/0 27/9 بود. 6 نفر از کودکان مورد مطالعه آنومالی همراه داشتند. عمل جراحی ناهنجاریهای همراه در 3 نفر از کودکان مورد مطالعه انجام گرفت. عوارض در طی بستری و پیگیری در 7 نفر از کودکان مورد مطالعه مشاهده گردید. | |
