تعیین نسبت کراس مچ به ترانسفوزیون در شکستگی های فمور در بیمارستان شهدای تبریز

Abstract

This study aimed the comparison between cross-match to transfusion in femor fracture patients in Tabriz Shohada hospital. Method: Those patients who they were be supposed to have surgery were listed before entering to the operation room and their age, sex and blood units wich is ordered and transfusion in the operation procedure was studied and written dawn. This datas were analysedusingspss version 16 in windows operation system. Results: The blood unites asked for the operation were 2138 for 749 patients that from this amount 175 blood unites were used(8.1%). In fact the cross-match to transfusion ratio was 4.28 and ordered blood to transfusion ratio was 12.21 and this rates were different according to the femor fracture difference., این مطالعه با هدف تعیین نسبت کراس مچ به ترانسفوزیون در شکستگی های فمور در بیمارستان شهدای تبریز انجام شده است.روش کار: بیماران دچار شکستگی های فمور که در لیست اتاق عمل قرار می گرفتند در مطالعه وارد شدند. بیماران از حیث میزان خون درخواست شده قبل از عمل جهت رزرو و میزان خون مصرفی حین عمل، سن، جنس و نوع عمل جراحی مورد بررسی و مطالعه قرار گرفتند و داده های مربوطه با نرم افزار Spss نسخه 16 ویندوز مورد ارزیابی و تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفتند.یافته ها: تعداد خون های درخواست شده قبل از عمل 2138 در 749 بیمار مورد مطالعه بوده که از این میزان 175 واحد خون مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است (8.1%).
