بررسی اپیدمی فلج شل حاددر استان آذربایجانشرقی (1391-1387)

Abstract

This research aims to represent somefeatures of disease symptoms and final diagnosis of the reported casesand investigate the age, gender, time, and geographical zone and theincidence of cases of acute flaccid paralysis in province within2008-2011. Data for the cases of AFP from all cities in the province from20/3/2008- 19/3/2013 were collected and analyzed using descriptivemethods. Discovery and reporting of 95% cases of acute flaccid paralysis up to7 days from the occurrence of paralysis, preparation of 2 qualitativesamples from 98% acute flaccid paralysis up to 14 days from theoccurrence of paralysis, tracking and evaluation of 100% acute flaccidparalysis after sixty days of disease occurrence, on timesending/receiving of 98% of the samples to national laboratory showthe capabilities of provincial care system., این بررسی تلاش دارد برخی ویژگی های علایم بیماری (نشانگان بیماری) و تشخیص نهایی علل موارد گزارش شده را نمایانده و توزیع سنی، جنسی، زمانی، منطقه جغرافیایی و بروز موارد بیماری فلج شل حاد استان آذربایجان شرقی را در محدوده سال های1387 الی 1391 مورد بررسی قراردهد.اطلاعات کلیه موارد AFP شهرستان های تابعه استان آذربایجان شرقی از 01/01/1387 لغایت29/12/1391جمع آوری وبه صورت توصیفی- مقطعی مورد بررسی قرارگرفته است (نمونه گیری بطریق سرشماری).کشف و گزارش 95% موارد فلج شل حاد تا7 روز از بروز فلج، تهیه 2 نمونه کیفی از 98% موارد فلج شل تا 14روز از بروز فلج، پیگیری و بررسی 100% موارد فلج شل در روز شصت بروز بیماری، ارسال و وصول 98% نمونه های اخذ شده به طور به‌صهنگام و کیفی به آزمایشگاه کشوری توانایی نظام مراقبت استان آذربایجان شرقی را به وضوح نشان می دهد.
