سطح سرمی مس و روی در کودکان مبتلا به آسم

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine serum level of copper and zinc in pediatric patients with asthma. In a case-control study that performed in pediatric department of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences, serum level of copper and zinc in pediatric patients with asthma evaluated. Sixty eight of children were boy and 32 of them were girl. Mean age of children with asthma was 5.68 2.52 year and mean age of control group children was 5.12 3.65 year (P=0.375). Mean copper level in children with asthma was 98.52 30.78 إg/dl and mean copper level in control group children was 75.48 15.77 إg/dl. Mean Zinc level in children with asthma was 20.12 10.14 and mean copper level in control group children was 25.20 8.95. I, هدف از این مطالعه تعیین سطح سرمی مس و روی در کودکان مبتلا به آسم بود.در یک مطالعه مورد شاهدی که در دپارتمان بیماریهای کودکان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز روی کودکان مبتلا به آسم انجام دادیم، سطح سرمی مس و روی کودکان مبتلا به آسم را مورد بررسی قرار دادیم.68 نفر از کودکان پسر و 32 نفر دختر بودند. میانگین سنی کودکان مبتلا به آسم 52/2 68/5 سال و میانگین سنی کودکان گروه کنترل 65/3 12/5 سال بود (375/0=P).میانگین سطح مس(Copper) کودکان مبتلا به آسم 78/30 52/98 میکروگرم در دسی-لیتر و میانگین سطح مس(Copper) کودکان گروه کنترل 77/15 48/75 میکروگرم در دسیصلیتر بود. میانگین سطح روی(Zinc) کودکان مبتلا به آسم 14/10 12/20 و میانگین سطح روی(Zinc) کودکان گروه کنترل 95/8 20/25 بود.
