سطح سرمی Resistin و ارزش پیشگویی کنندگی آن در تعیین مورتالیته کودکان مبتلا به Sepsis بستری شده در بخش مراقبتهای ویژه

Abstract

Hyperglycaemia and resistance to insulin is one of main causes in mortality and morbidity of patients with sepsis admitted to the intensive care unit.One of probable factors is Resistin. There are some studies about resistin's role in obesity, resistance to insulin and DM. In this cross-sectional case-cotrol study serum levels of Resistin and other factors in 52 sepsis case were compared to those of 25 non-sepsis and 25 control children. The levels of serum Resistin were determined by standard techniques using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kits. The serum levels of Resistin were significantly higher in sepsis group in comparision to other groups. There is correlation between high levels of serum resistin and blood sugar. The serum levels of Resistin increased in non-sepsis group in comparison to healthy control group., هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی سطح سرمی Resistin و ارزش پیشگویی کنندگی آن در تعیین مورتالیته کودکان مبتلا به Sepsis بستری شده در بخش مراقبتهای ویژه می باشد.پژوهش بصورت تحلیلی بر روی 52 بیمار مبتلا به سپسیس، 25 مورد Non-Sepsis و 25 کودک به عنوان شاهد از تیر 1390 تا تیر 1392 انجام گرفته و سطح سرمی Resistin و المان های سرمی دیگر اندازه گیری شد. اندازه گیری به روش الایزای استاندارد انجام شد. سطح سرمی Resistin در گروه سپسیس افزایش نشان داد و با افزایش قند خون نیز در مرتبط بود. سطح سرمی آن در شرایط حاد در حضور یا عدم حضور سپسیس بالا می رود. در گروه Non-Sepsis نیز با افزایش Resistin قند خون بالا می رود.
