مقایسه پروفایل ناسازگار شخصیتی در افراد با و بدون بیماری آلوپسی آره آتا

Abstract

Introductionص‍ Alopecia areata is a prevalent disease of both genders with incidence rate of %2-1. Incidence rate of this disease usually accurs early in adolescence, childhood or early in adulthood, although it is possible at any age. This disease may accompany mental and personality disorders. The present study deals comparision of personality incompatible profile of subjects with or without alopecia areata. Objectiveص‍ This study aims to compare personality incompatible profiles of subject with or without alopecia areata. Method and materialsص‍ 128 subjects including 64 patients with alopecia areata and 64 healthy subjects were selected randomaly out of subjects referred to dermatology clinic of sina hospital through dermatologist diagnosis. Participants personal data and Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory-III (ص‍MCMI-IIIص‍) were used for comparing personality incompatible profiles of subjects with or without alopecia areata. Findingsص‍ Results of this study indicatedص‍: -ص‍Mean age of patients with alopecia areata 11.6733.93 years. -ص‍Mean affliction time was 4.664.61 months. -ص59.4% of paitents were female and 40.6% of them were male. -86% of patients had diploma or higher degrees. -ص64.1% of patients were employed and 34.4% of them were unemployed. -ص65.6% of patients were married and 32.8% of them were single. -93.7% of patients participated in this study had income level higher than 500000Tomans. -ص‍Paranoid, Schizotypal, Schizoid, Histerinic, Borderline, Antisocial, Avoident and Dependent personality disorders were significantly more in case group than control group. However Narcissitic and Compulsive personality disorder showed no significant difference between case and control groups., مقدمه‌آلوپسیصآره‌صآتا بیماری شایع هر دو جنس با میزان شیوع %2-1 میصباشد. ظهور این بیماری به طور معمول در اوایل نوجوانی، ابتدای کودکی و یا اوایل بزرگسالی رخ میصدهد، اگرچه احتمال بروز آن در هر سنی ممکن میصباشد. این بیماری میصتواند با اختلالات روانی و شخصیتی همراه باشد. مطالعه حاضر به مقایسه پروفایل‌صهای ناسازگار شخصیتی در افراد با و بدون بیماری آلوپسیصآره‌صآتا پرداخت.هدف‌هدف این مطالعه مقایسه پروفایل‌صهای ناسازگار شخصیتی در افراد با و بدون بیماری آلوپسیصآره‌صآتا میصباشد.روش کار و موادتعداد 128 نفر که شامل 64 نفر بیمار آلوپسیصآره‌صآتا و 64 نفر غیر آلوپسیصآره‌صآتا بود با تشخیص متخصص پوست از بین مراجعین به کلنیک پوست بیمارستان سینا به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شد. اطلاعات فردی شرکت‌صکنندگان و پرسشنامه چند محوری میلون سه (MCMI-III) برای مقایسه پروفایل‌صهای ناسازگار شخصیتی در افراد با و بدون بیماری آلوپسیصآره‌صآتا استفاده شد.یافته‌صهانتایج حاصل از این مطالعه نشان داد که:میانگین سنی بیماران مبتلا به آلوپسیصآره‌صآتا 11.6733.93 سال بود.میانگین مدت ابتلای به بیماری 4.664.61 ماه بود.%59.4 بیماران را زنان و %40.6 بیماران را مردان تشکیل دادند.%86 بیماران سطح تحصیلات دیپلم و بالاتر داشتند.افراد شاغل %64.1 بیماران را به خود اختصاص دادند و %34.4 بیماران افراد بیکار بودند.%65.6 بیماران را افراد متاهل و %32.8 بیماران را افراد مجرد تشکیل دادند.%93.7 بیماران شرکت‌صکننده در مطالعه سطح درآمد بالای500000 تومان داشتند.اختلالات شخصیت پارانوئیایی، اسکیزوتایپال، اسکیزوئید، نمایشی، مرزی، ضدصاجتماعی، اجتنابی و وابسته در گروه مبتلایان به بیماری آلوپسیصآره‌صآتا به‌صطور معنیصداری بیشتر از گروه شاهد بود. اما اختلالات شخصیت خودشیفته و وسواسی تفاوت معنیصداری را نشان نداد.
