رضایتمندی بیماران بستری در بخش مراقبتهای ویژه جراحی قلب بیمارستان شهید مدنی تبریز در سال های 91-90

Abstract

The objective of this study was to evaluate patient satisfaction with the ICU of heart surgery ward of Shahid Madani Hospital in Tabriz, Iran. Methods: In this descriptive- prospective study, the patients and their families satisfaction from the delivery service of the ICU of heart surgery ward of Shahid Madani Hospital in Tabriz was analyzed statistically during 1 year. Results: 200 patients were included in this study. The general satisfaction relatively was in a good level. The satisfaction rate from the physicians (27%) was higher than the nurses (22%). The visiting possibility for relatives had the lowest amount of satisfactory (14.3%). The most number of visitors were patients spouses who had the high level of satisfaction in most cases, but in terms of waiting place and patient visit satisfaction was lower. , هدف این مطالعه بررسی رضایتمندی بیماران از کمیت و کیفیت خدمات ارائه شده از بخش ICU جراحی قلب بیمارستان شهید مدنی میصباشد.مواد و روش‌صها: در این مطالعه توصیفی، میزان رضایتمندی بیماران و بستگان ایشان از خدمات بخش ICU جراحی قلب بیمارستان شهید مدنی تبریز در طول 1 سال مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت.نتایج: 65% بیماران از کیفیت خدمات رضایت داشتند. میزان رضایت کلی از پزشکان به نسبت پرسنل پرستاری بیشتر بود (27% به 22%). کمترین میزان رضایت مربوط به امکان ملاقات با بستگان بود (6/13%). در مورد بستگان هم 46/22% همیشه و 96/33% در اکثر مواقع راضی بودند، ولی در مورد محل انتظار و ملاقات رضایت کمتر بود (18%).
