| dc.description.abstract | The aim of this study had to investigate cases of intoxication or over dosage of warfarin in Sina Hospital. in a cross-sectional and descriptive study that performed on patients in internal wards of Sina Hospital, with poisoning complications of Warfarin from 2007-9, evaluated intoxication or over dosage cases of warfarin. 43 patients were male and 57 female. Mean age of male patients was 54.79 15.93 year and in female patients was 56.12 16.37(P=0.685). Mean warfarin usage dosage in male patients was 2.65 0.68 and in female patients was 3.521.13 (P<0.001). Mean of INR in male patients was 6.13 1.46 and in female patients was 6.48 1.53(P=0.260). Mean length of Warfarin usage in male patients was 1.27 0.95 month and in female patients was 1.29 1.12 month (P=0.907). Mean length of hospitalization in male patients was 6.83 3.08 day and in female patients was 7.47 3.46 days (P=0.343). 8 of patients used warfarin for suicide. Ecchymosis in 30 patients, epistaxis in 5 patients, upper gastrointestinal bleeding in 23 patients, hematuria in 25 patients and hematoma in 17 patients had were the Complications of warfarin in the patients.,
هدف از این مطالعه بررسی موارد intoxication یا over dosage ناشی از ترکیبات وارفارینی در بیمارستان سینا بود.در یک مطالعه توصیفی-مقطعی که بر روی بیماران بستری شده در بخش داخلی بیمارستان سینا در طی سالهای 87-85 با عوارض وارفارین انجام دادیم، موارد intoxication و overdosage ناشی از وارفارین را در بیمارستان سینا مورد بررسی قرار دادیم.43 نفر از بیماران مرد و 57 نفر زن بودند. میانگین سن بیماران مرد 93/15 79/54 سال و در بیماران زن 37/16 12/56 سال بود(685/0=P). میانگین دوز وارفارین مصرفی بیماران مرد 68/0 65/2 و در بیماران زن 13/1 52/3 بود (001/0P<). میانگین INR بیماران مرد 46/1 13/6 و در بیماران زن 53/1 48/6 بود (260/0=P). میانگین طول مدت مصرف وارفارین در بیماران مرد 95/0 27/1 ماه و در بیماران زن 12/1 29/1 ماه بود(907/0=P). میانگین طول مدت بستری بیمارستانی در بیماران مرد 08/3 83/6 روز و در بیماران زن 46/3 47/7 روز بود (343/0=P). 8 بیمار از وارفارین به قصد خودکشی استفاده کرده بودند.اکیموز در 30 بیمار ، اپیستاکسی در 5 بیمار ، خونریزی دستگاه گوارش فوقانی در 23 بیمار ، هماچوری در 25 بیمار و هماتوم در 17 بیمار عوارض وارفارین بین بیماران بود. | |
