| dc.description.abstract | The aim of study was to highlight the frequency of the allergens among the patient who are affected by resistant atopic dermatitis in the Eastern Azerbaijan. In this descriptive and analytical study the serums level of Total IgE and frequency of specific IgE were measured by western blotting method against 20 common allergens about 35 atopic dermatitis patients who visited Sina Hospital in 2010-2011 .The control group included persons who have been diagnosed healthy.Demografic situation, minor and major criterions of atopic dermatitis, previous treatment and the degree of patients cure were studied. The average age of patients was 29.214.79 years. In this study 51.4% patients were male and 48.6% patients were female .During this assessment, we have seen 97.1% of the patients who have at least 3 main criterions .Common minor criterions were : pruritus when sweating 68.6%, xerosis 54.3%, Dennie Morgan lines 17.1% and keratosis pilaris 11.4%. Serum total was more than normal limits among 80% of patients. The average of serum total IgE was 227.51103IU/ml. In this study 32 patients (91%) had specific IgE against at least one allergen. The most frequent allergens related to: Cultivated rye(48.6%) ,Timothy grass (42.9%),House dust mite (22.9%), Alternaris (20%),Cat (20%), Cladosporiom (14.3%), Horse (14.3%), Birch (11.4%),Potato (11.4%), Dog (11.4%), Egg white (8.6%), Cow milk (8.6%). Mugwort, Wheat, Rice, Fish, Soya, Apple and hazel nuts had little frequency .Carrot was not detected in none of the patients. The frequency of positive allergens among the patients who had been studied was in: plants and fungus allergens group 53.34%animal allergens group 26.8%food allergens group19.56%.60% of patients after avoiding of the allergens which they had been sensitized to, and in some cases immune therapy, were cured. In the control group there was no positive allergen or serum total IgE elevation.,
هدف از این مطالعه تعیین فراوانی آلرژن های شایع درمنطقه ی آذربایجان شرقی در بیماران مبتلاء به درماتیت آتوپیک مقاوم به درمان می باشد. در این مطالعه توصیفی-تحلیلی،سطح سرمی Total IgEوفراوانی IgE اختصاصی به روش وسترن بلات علیه 20 آلرژن شایع در 35 مورد از بیماران مبتلا به درماتیت آتوپیک مقاوم به درمان مراجعه کننده به مرکز آموزشی درمانی سینا در سال 1389 مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.گروه کنترل شامل افرادی بود که سالم تشخیص داده شدند .وضعیت دموگرافیک ،معیارهای اصلی و فرعی درماتیت آتوپیک ،درمان قبلی ومیزان بهبودی بیماران تعیین گردید.میانگین سنی بیماران بررسی شده 14.7929.02 سال بود .در این مطالعه (51.4%) از بیماران مرد (48.6%)از بیماران زن بودند. در بررسی معیار اصلی 97.1%بیماران حداقل 3 معیار اصلی را داشتند.معیار های فرعی خارش حین تعریق (68.6%)،خشکی پوست(54.3%)،خطوط دی مورگان (17.1%) وکراتوزپیلاریس (11.4%) شایع تر بودند.در بیماران مورد بررسی (80%) سطح سرمی Total IgE بیش تر از حد نرمال با میانگین سطح سرمی Total IgE IU/ml 103 227.51 داشتند. در این بررسی 32 بیمار(91%) دارای IgE اختصاصی مثبت برای حداقل 1 آلرژن بودند. بیش ترین فراوانی آلرژن به ترتیب مربوط به چاودار (48.6%)،چمن دم گربه ای (42.9%)،مایت خانگی (22.9%)،آلترناریا (20%)،گربه (20%)،کلادوسپوریوم (14.3%)،اسب (14.3%)،درخت توس (11.4%)،سیب زمینی (11.4%)،سگ (11.4%)،سفیده تخم مرغ (8.6%)،شیرگاو (8.6%) بود.برنجاسف،گندم ،برنج،ماهی و سویا و فندق و سیب از فراوانی کمی برخوردار بودندبود.هویج در هیچ یک از بیماران یافت نشد.فراوا نی آلرژنها ی مثبت در گروه گیاهی و قارچ 54.34% ،در گروه حیوانی 26.08% ودر گروه غذایی 19.56% بودند.60%بیماران پس از پرهیز از آلرژنها و انجام ایمونو تراپی بهبودی داشتند.در گروه کنترل هیچ آلرژن مثبت یا افزایش Total IgE یافت نشد. | |
