میزان خونریزی ناشی از رزکسیون پروستات از راه مجرا در بیماران تحت درمان با آسپرین با دوز کم

Abstract

Background: Some of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients who are transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) candidates cardiovascular diseases and are under low dose aspirin (80 mg/daily) medication.Aspirin withdrawal may precedes acute cardiovascular syndrome and its continuation may pose the patient to the risk of post surgical excessive bleeding. There is not any guideline about whether to discontinue aspirin before implementing a TURP or not. The general objective of the study was to determine the impact of aspirin on peri-operative blood loss. Methods: We describe a prospective study composed of 105 TURP candidates who 26cases (24.8%) were under aspirin medication and 79cases (75.2%) didnt take aspirin. Peri-surgical bleeding of these two groups was compared. Results: There is no significant differences in intraoperative hemorrhage volume (P>0.05), hemoglobin drop (P>0.05), hematocrit drop (P>0.05), time to urinary clearance and blood transfusion between two groups. Blood loss does not have a significant correlation with type of anesthesia., هدف‌تعیین میزان خونریزی ناشی از رزکسیون پروستات از راه مجرا در بیماران تحت درمان با آسپرین با دوز کم و بیماران بدون مصرف آسپرین‌مواد و رو ش کار در یک بررسی آینده نگر 105 بیمار کاندید TURP بررسی گردید. در گروه اول 26 بیمار (8/24%) تحت درمان با آسپرین ( mg/day 80 ) و در گروه دوم 79 بیمار (2/75%) بدون سابقه مصرف آسپرین قرار داشتند. میزان خونریزی در این دو گروه مقایسه شد. یافته ها تفاوت معنی داری در میانگین خونریزی حین عمل (05/0P> ) ، افت هموگلوبین (05/0P> ) ، افت هماتوکریت (05/0P> ) ،زمان روشن شدن ادرار پس از عمل(05/0P> ) و نیاز به ترانسفوزیون خون بین دو گروه مشاهده نشد. همچنین میزان خونریزی ارتباطی با نوع بیهوشی نداشت.
