| dc.description.abstract | Aim: The goals of this study were to declear the IHC profile of the above mentioned precursors to propose of basic genetic change of these lesions. Method and material: In a cross sectional study from 2008 to 2012, 39 cases of endometrial atypical hyperplasia and endometrial glandular dysplasia were studied and stained immunohistochemically for six marker included P53, PTEN, ER, PR, P16 and Ki67. The findings were analyzed with statistical software (SPSS 15). Results : Our study revealed that P53 and PTEN mutations are the main molecular changes in endometrial glandular dysplasia and atypical hyperplasia respectively. In addition we found that loss of estrogen and progesterone receptors occur predominantly in atypical endometrial hyperplasia of post menopausal patients ,
اهداف این مطالعه تعیین پروفایل ایمونوهیستوشیمی ضایعات پیش سرطانی ذکر شده جهت روشن شدن تغییرات ژنتیکی پایه در این ضایعات می باشد.مواد و روشها:در یک مطالعه توصیفی تحلییییاز سال 1386 تا 1390، 39 بییار با تشخیی هییرپلازییآتییییکل آندومتر و دییپلازییگلندولار آندومتر مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند و رنگ آمییییبرایی6 مارکک اییونوهییتوشییییشامل ، PTEN، ER، PR، ، Ki67 انجام شد.داده هاییبدست آمده با استفاده از نرم افزار آنالیی گردیی.نتایی:در ایی مطالعه ثابت شد کک موتاسیین و PTEN اصلییتریی تغیییات ملککلییدر دییپلازییگلندولار آندومتر و هییرپلازییآتییییکل آندومتر هستند. بعلاوه چنیی مشخص شد کک از دست دادن گیینده هاییاستروژن و پروژسترون در هییرپلازییآتییییکل زنان بعد از منوپوز بییتر مییباشد. | |
