بررسی دموگرافی وشکایات اصلی بیماران غیرترومایی مراجعه کننده به اورژانس مرکز آموزشی و درمانی امام رضا (ع)، 1390

Abstract

This demographic evaluation is the basis of planning to identify whatever an emergency department needs. As mentioned above, we decided to perform this research to study demographic information and chief complaints of non-trauma patients who come to emergency department of Imam Reza hospital in 2010. In a cross sectional study, all patients referring to Imam Reza hospital from April the 1st, 2010 to April the 1st, 2011 with a non-traumatic complaint were included in the study and the period of 14th to 16th of each month we gathered the data. In this study 33.22% of the patients were 20-39 years old. 52.36% of them were male and 47.64% were female. 61.69% of the patients were admitted non-bed ridden. 62.35% of them were discharged and 21.58% were admitted in other departments of the hospital and 16.06% were sent to other medical centers. Most of the patients were partially cured while getting discharged. 40.13% of them were discharged with morbidity and complications and 1.32% died. The most frequent complaint referred to neurologic diseases and the less frequent was burns., هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی دموگرافی وشکایات اصلی بیماران غیر ترومایی مراجعه کننده به اورژانس مرکزآموزشی - درمانی امام رضا ا در سال 1390 می باشد..تمام بیماران مراجعه کننده به اورژانس بیمارستان امام رضا با شکایت غیر ترومایی از اول فروردین 90 تااول فروردین 91 وارد مطالعه شدند و در هر ماه از تاریخ 14تا16همان ماه داده ها به صورت نمونه گیری طبقه ای تمام شماری جمع آوری شد. در این مطالعه بیشتر بیماران (22/33%) در بازه سنی 20-39 سال قرار دارند. 36/52% بیماران مذکر و 64/47% آنها مونث هستند. 69/61% بیماران به صورت سرپایی در اورژانس پذیرش شده‌صاند. 35/62% بیماران ترخیص شدند و 58/21% بیماران در بخش‌صهای مختلف بیمارستان امام رضا بستری شدند و در نهایت 06/16% بیماران نیز بسته به نیاز به سایر مراکز درمانی اعزام شدند. بیشتر بیماران (75/47%) حین ترخیص بهبودی نسبی پیدا کرده بودند. ترخیص 13/40% بیماران همراه با موربیدیتی و عوارض بوده و در 32/1% بیماران نیز فوت شده‌صاند. یشترین شکایات بیماران مربوط به بیماریصهای اعصاب و کمترین آن سوختگی بوده است.
