بررسی تاثیر لیزر IPL در درمان ضایعات عروقی همانژیوم ، تلانژکتازی ، port-wine stain

Abstract

Layser is a very nice procedure to cure any of the disease contains skin or eye disease. Ipl is the intensive light pulse and use the plasma activity. Complications after laysers are so low because it isnt asurgical processes. We use from ipl in pigmented, solar and senile pigmented lesions. We want to know the effects of ipl on skin lesions in patients referred to emam hasan clinics in sina educational therupiatie center in 89-90 In this study , we studied all patients referred to Shaykholraeis clinic in 89-90 retrospectively . We categorized these patients in 3 groups: Portwine hemangioma and telangectasia. We use SPSS 16 for analyzing, and use the questioner for collecting the datas. From 35 patients referred to this hospital for laser therapy the max rang were 20-25 years old patient. And the maximum gender was female (82.9%). Face lesions were the most common lesion in this group (82.9%). The port wine lesion is the maximum range of lesions., هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی تاثیر لیزر IPL در درمان ضایعات عروقی همانژیوم ، تلانژکتازی ، port-wine stain می باشد.در مطالعه حاضر حدود 33 نفر از افرادی که جهت انجام لیزرتراپی در سال های 90-89 به درمانگاه پوست به مرکز آموزشی درمانی سینا مراجعه کرده را بصورت گذشته نگر و تمام شماری و تفکیک شده در 3 گروه ضایعات پوستی ( portwine ، همانژیوما ، تلانژکتازی ) بررسی کرده و برای بررسی داده ها از برنامه spss13 استفاده کرده و بر اساس متغیرهای موجود آنالیز کرده و دسته بندی نمودیم .برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه ای که در انتهای این رساله در فصل ضمیمه گنجانده شده ، استفاده نمودیم .از 35 نفر مورد بررسی بیش ترین گروه سنی که جهت لیزرتراپی مراجعه کرده اند گروه سن 25-20 سال بودند . از نظر جنسی مراجعین بیش تر جنس مؤنث بوده اند و ضایعات بیش تر در ناحیه (82.9%) بوده است . و بیش تر ضایعات به صورت portwine حدود 42.9% بوده است. در طول بررسی پرونده ها ، بیش ترین عوارض مربوط به تاول بوده است که حدود 14.3% را به خود اختصاص داده است .
