فراوانی سیگنال میکروآمبولیک در بیماران دچار سکته مغزی ایسکمیک با سندرم های شریان مغزی میانی در دو گروه گیرنده آسپرین یا کلوپیدوگرل

Abstract

The aim of this study was to compare the effects of these two drugs on plaque stabilization and reduction in the frequency of microembolism in patients with acute ischemic stroke. In a randomized clinical trial study, 40 patients with ischemic stroke in middle cerebral artery (MCA) territory were divided into two groups of aspirin (80mg/day) and clopidogrel (75mg/day). Each groups had 20 consecutive patients. The study subjects were compared in respect to the frequency of MES in MCA assayed by transcranial Doppler. According to statistical model of regression, there were not difference in ischemic stroke risk factors between two groups. Of the patients in aspirin group 6 patients (30.0%) had positive MES in TCD while in clopidogrel group patients MES was detected in 4 patients (20%). There was not a significant difference in MES between two groups of the study (p>0.05). , هدف این مطالعه مقایسه اثر این دو دارو در پایدار کردن پلاک و کاهش بروز میکروآمبولی در بیماران مبتلا به سکته مغزی ایسکمیک حاد است. در یک مطالعه کارآزمایی بالینی تصادفی شده، چهل بیمار مبتلا به سکته مغزی ایسکمیک حاد در محدوده شریان مغزی میانی (MCA) به دو گروه بیست نفره آسپیرین (80 میلی گرم در روز) و کلوییدوگرل (75 میلی گرم در روز) تقسیم شدند و دو گروه از نظر فراوانی سیگنال میکروآمبولیک (MES) با هم مقایسه شدند.با توجه به مدل آماری رگرسیون از نظر فاکتورهای خطر سکته مغزی تفاوتی بین دو گروه وجود نداشت.در گروه آسپیرین 6 نفر (30 درصد) دارای MES و در گروه کلوپیدوگرل 4 نفر (20 درصد) دارای MES بودند. تفاوت بارزی از نظر فراوانی MES بین دو گروه نبود (P>0.05).
