| dc.description.abstract | This study is designed to review the effect of consumption of omega-3 for reducing homocysteine levels. Objective: This study is designed to review the effect of omega -3 on blood homocysteine level in hemodialysis patients. Materials and Methods Work: 100 volentaries were selected from hemodialysis patients in Tabriz city Hospitals and divided into case and control groups, and they were about two months under treatment with omega-3 Capsules; before starting and at the end of the treatment blood sampling of patients has been done; then the samples have been measured with laboratory kits especially in homocystein levels then the results has been analyzed by SPSS software version 11 and ANOVA repeated measure analysis method. Results: In this study, hemoglobin, leukocyte count and minerals in the blood (Ca, P,) and lipid profile (except total cholestrol ) Parathyroid hormone, INR, PTT and Iron changes were not significant. (P> 0.05) . Platelet count and Total Cholestrol and K, Na , TIBC in case group was lower than the control group significantly (p <0.05). Albomine amount has changed significantly between both groups and between times (p <0.05). Plasma homocysteine level in the case group has decreased significantly. (P = 0.033),
هدف: این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تأثیر امگا-3 بر روی سطح خونی هموسیستئین در بیماران تحت همودیالیز طراحی گردیده است.مواد وروش کار: تعداد 100 نفرداوطلب از بیماران تحت همودیالیز در بیمارستان های شهرستان تبریز انتخاب و به دو گروه مقایسه و مداخله تقسیم شده و به مدت دو ماه تحت درمان با امگا 3 قرار گرفتند؛ قبل وبعد از پایان درمان از بیماران خونگیری بعمل آمده و با استفاده از کیت های آزمایشگاهی سطح فاکتور های خونی به ویژه هموسیستئین مورد سنجش قرار گرفته و نتایج حاصله با کمک نرم افزارSPSS نسخه 11با متد ANOVA repeated measure آنالیز گردید.یافته ها: در این مطالعه هموگلوبین، تعداد لکوسیت ها و مواد معدنی موجود در خون(Ca ,P,)و پروفایل چربی(بجز (total cholestrolوهورمون پاراتیروئید و INR, PTT وآهن تغییرات معنی داری نداشتند.(p>0.05 ) تعداد پلاکت ها وTotal Cholestrol , پتاسیم,سدیم وTIBC درگروه مداخله نسبت به گروه مقایسه به طور معنی داری پایین تر بوده است (p<0.05) . . آلومین به میزان معنی داری هم در بین گروه ها وهم در بین زمان ها تغییر نموده است (p<0.05).سطح پلاسمایی هموسیستئین نیز در گروه مداخله به طور معنی داری کاهش یافته است.(p=0.03) | |
