نقش قارچها در تشکیل و پاتوژنزپولیپهای بینی

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the incidence of fungal agents as etiology of sinonasal polyposis. Material and methods In a descriptive analytic study, a total of 98 patients with sinonasal polyposis were examined for suspicious causative fungal agent between 2007 and 2009.Both pathologic examination of polyps specimen and mycologic examination of cultured specimen were done. Results Of 98 patients suffering sinonasal polyposis, in 8 patients (8.2%), fungal agents were found either with pathologic or mycologic examination, هدف از مطالعه این پایاننامه بررسی نقش قارچها در تشکیل و پاتوژنزپولیپهای بینی است.مواد و روشها:در یک مطالعه توصیفی - تحلیلی ؛ 98 بیمار مبتلا به پولیپوز بینی و سینوس ها از مرداد 1386 تا بهمن 1387 از نظر وجود قارچ مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.روش بررسی به دو صورت پاتولوژیک یعنی بررسی میکروسکوپی نمونه پولیپ و به صورت مایکولوژیک یعنی کشت نمونه ها و سپس تعیین نوع قارچ کشت شده بود.نتایج:از مجموع 98 نفر ؛ جامعه آماری مورد مطالعه به روش های مایکولوژیک و پاتولوژیک ، 8 نفر (8.2%) دارای نمونه مثبت از نظر وجود قارچ بودند.
