دیدگاهها و نگرش دانشجویان پزشکی و دستیاران در مورد رفتار حرفه ای پزشکی

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to determine the attitude of assistants and medical students about professionalism and comparison of attitude between two groups and their gender; In the other hand, the relationship between students scientific level and assistants in their attitudes about professionalism was significant.We used a questionnaire to collect data that a translation of standard questionnaire and authentic attitude was related to professionalism that it was translated in to Persian I So, this process was translated in to English by a qualified English translator; the professionalism ethics is divided, to six groups and each sub- groups have a special question; after completing the questionnaire, all the data was analyzed by SPSS Software; in conclusion, attitude was positive rather than other collogues and professors. According to achieved results, there werent any significant difference scores for the attitude to self and peers responsiveness and responsibility and also the sense of self and peers dutifulness and respecting justice in professional behaviors between intern and residents. We can conclude that the attitude to respecting ethics by other colleagues, professors and residents were more positive than interns., هدف از انجام چنین مطالعه ای تعیین نگرش دستیاران و دانشجویان پزشکی در مورد حرفه ای گری و مقایسه نگرش این دو گروه و مقایسه جنسیتی آن بود.از سوی دیگر ارتباط بین سطح علمی دانشجویان و دستیاران با نگرش آنها در مورد حرفه ای گری در مطالعه ما مهم بود. : برا ی انجام چنین مطالعه ای از پرسشنامه جمع آوری داده ها استفاده شد که ترجمه ای از پرسشنامه استاندارد و معتبر نگرش در مورد اخلاق حرفه ای می باشد که به فارسی ترجمه شده و با روش ترجمه مجدد به انگلیسی و پس از تایید فرد مسلط به زبان انگلیسی مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است.اخلاق حرفه ای در 6 زیرگروه اصلی تقسیم شد که برای هریک از زیرگروه ها تعدادی سوال در نظر گرفته شد پس از تکمیل پرسشنامه ها ، داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. در نتایج به دست آمده در خصوص نگرش به پاسخگویی و مسئولیت پذیری خودوهمکاران، حس وظیفه شناسی خود و همکاران ، رعایت عدالت در رفتارهای حرفه ای خود و همکاران تفاوت بین دستیاران و انترنها معنی دار بود. در کل می توان نتیجه گرفت که نگرش نسبت به رعایت اخلاق توسط سایر همکاران و اساتید در دستیاران مثبت تر از اینترنها بود.
