Today, the tissue engineering used to restoration and repair of body tissue defects. In this method is used of biodegradable scafoolds, stem cells and the stimulating factor. In this regard, this study investigated the effect of NAF on the production of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) in transferred human dental pulp stem cells on polyester scaffolds. Materials & Methods: Dental pulp stem cells (DPSC) was cultured and transferred to polyesteric scaffolds. Scaffolds containing dental pulp stem cells divided to two groups, control group (without NaF) and case group (in the presence of NaF);Then the amount of alkaline phosphatase production in both groups was measured after 21 days. The collected data from this study analysis statistically with SPSS.17 software. Results& Discussion: According to collected data from this study, amount of Alkaline phosphatase production in stem cells culture enviroment is increased in case group(in the presence of NaF stimulus) compared with control group (without stimulus); This difference is statically significant.(P<0.5) Conclusions: ALP production of dental pulp stem cells increased in the presensce of NaF. The production of ALP dental pulp stem cells in the polyesteric scaffolds field and in the presence of NaF stimulus can be increased. .
