The aim of this study was. Isolation of streptococcus viridans and streptococcus anginosus from dental abscesses of children under -12 years old and examination of antibiogram in cultured species. Materal and Methods: after aspiration of dental abscess in child (12) antimicrobial suscapibility of streptococcus vividens in 14 patient and streptococcus anginosus in 11 patient to 7 antibiotic with Disk diffusion Agar method was examined. Results: Susceptibility of streptococcus viridians to Amoxicillin Ampicillin and Clindamycin was 89% , 72%, 72%. This percentage for streptococcus was 82% , 73% and 82%. Resistane to Amoxcillin, Ampicillin and Clindamycin was not observed. Conclusion: Susceptibility of streptococcus viridians and streptococcus anginosus to Amoxcillin, Ampicillin and Clindamycin is high. | |
