Evaluation hsa-miR-125 , hsa-miR-301 and hsa-miR-27 level in plasma of patients with Alzheimer’s disease compared to healthy controls

Abstract

In this study we try to compare the expression of hsa-miR-27 ، hsa-miR-301 and hsa-miR-125in plasma of AD patients and normal population. Materials and methods: During the diagnosis process of Alzheimer's patients, a collection of 50 blood samples from affected patients and 50 healthy individuals collected by matched to the patient group. Then Total RNA of each sample was extracted, and the expression level of target genes have been measured by Real time PCR method and evaluated by suitable Statistical tests and P value <0.05 was considered as significant.

Results: The results of the present study indicate that all three genes in the patient group compared to the control group showed a significant decrease (P <0.05).
