Abstract

The goal Mtamh Dax effects of medetomidine on the prevention and treatment of shivering following intravenous anesthesia (TIVA) with remifentanil Outpatient surgery for women. Methods: 60 patients scheduled for outpatient surgery were randomized into two groups of women. All patients in the study group under total intravenous anesthesia with remifentanil - propofol were infusion of medetomidine Dax were in the placebo group received normal saline infusion of remifentanil-propofol. The incidence and severity Lrzbd surgery, the core body temperature, possible complications and postoperative hemodynamic changes were assessed and recorded Results: There were no significant differences in demographic data. The incidence and intensity of shivering significantly higher in the placebo group of the study group. The core body temperature did not differ between the two groups and no significant differences in hemodynamic changes and other postoperative complications between the two groups.
